We've made it to the national press! with the help of some wonderful images by Rosie Parsons (not only does she write a mean blog she also takes some pretty amazing photos to boot ... look out for her brand new shiny blog coming soon http://rosieparsons.com/blog/) and of course we couldn't have done it without the help  the Bride and Groom - Ruth and Mike.

Here are the snapshots of their day (and our flowers...hurray!)

There is nothing better than receieving an email/thank you card/letter from a Bride to say thank you for all of your hard work, and most importantly that they loved what you did! and when the email/thankyou card/letter is packed full of images it literally makes my day.

So imagine my excitement at opening an email from Sarah (you know who you are !) and letting me sneak a peek at the photos of our flowers. I love them!

I thought you all might like to sneak a peek at the David Austin Patience rose wedding bouquet we created for Lorna and James! It smelt delicious!

Its wedding day! so another early start and croissant for breakfast (secretly I like getting up early, the pastry at 7.00am is worth it!)

Am really excited about white rose and freesia bouquet! Have them all lined up on the counter and the shop smells amazing! The girls made the table centers late yesterday ... can't wait to see them on the tables in the marquee at Basildon Park.

Finally have managed to take some pictures (hurray!) click to make them big!

An early start but does it matter when I get to use my favorite roses in a wedding bouquet and pomander this morning?!

Whats in - Juliet roses (perfect, the brides name is Juliet!) Patience roses, scented sweet peas, Peach Avalanche and Sweet Avalanche roses, peonies and a good dollop of creativity.

Enjoy!

I just want to bury my face in the scented marshmallows sitting in a vase on the counter! David Austin roses just take my breath away, I can't wait to use them in the bridal bouquet I get to make tomorrow.

We thought we'd send Pip off with a bang and head to the Naval and Military Club in London's St James' Square to celebrate her last wedding with Green Parlour before joining the Dutch in Amsterdam (I'm hoping she grows a new variety of tulip and lets us have exclusivity!)

What a day for it, temperatures hit 32c and we drove past Harrods along with other famous London sights - it was a bit like crossing off the road names on the Monolopy board and boy oh boy did we feel like we were from the home counties!

Click on the images to make them big and see our adventure (oh and some lovely silver candelabra arrangements containing blue Hydrangeas, Amaranthus, Phalaenopsis orchids, Avalanche Roses and ivy)
