Delivery Information

We are at this time, unable to deliver flowers, plants and glassware nationally. We currently operate a local delivery service for these products. All other accessories can be purchased and delivered throughout the UK.

Our National service delivers to any postal address in the mainland UK, excluding PO Box addresses at a cost of £5 per delivery. Subject to day of the week, next working day delivery is guaranteed, when we have received your order before 1pm, except for more remote locations within the UK, where delivery can take up to 48 hours. Orders for National delivery will be only be despatched from Monday to Thursday, for delivery Tuesday to Friday except when Valentines Day, Mothers Day and other celebrations fall on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, when special arrangements will be announced on the Website.

Except for celebration days, deliveries will not be made on Sundays or UK public holidays. Where orders have been placed for delivery on any of these dates and we are unable to contact you in time, we will deliver, where possible, the day before or the day after that date requested.

Our Local delivery service delivers on the working day of the order, if placed before 2.00pm, within a 12 mile radius of Pangbourne, for a cost of £5.00 per delivery.

Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left confirming attempted delivery, or we will attempt to deliver to neighbours. In the case of national deliveries, the recipient will be asked to collect from the local courier or arrange for re-delivery.
